Payment Information

Ignixn does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Stripe uses tokenization and end-to-end encryption so your raw card data never touches our servers. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available. For details on how Stripe handles payment data, visit stripe.com/privacy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Build, host, and manage your website on the Ignixn platform
  • Deliver the services you have subscribed to
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, and platform updates
  • Improve and develop the Ignixn platform

Third-Party Services

Ignixn uses the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each may process limited data as part of delivering our service:

  • Cloudflare: infrastructure, hosting, CDN, and security. Cloudflare processes request data including IP addresses as part of routing and DDoS protection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: payment processing. See the Payment Information section above. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics, loaded through the Google tag, to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. We look at this data in aggregate. You can opt out via your browser's privacy settings, a standard ad blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Web3Forms: when you submit a form on our website, Web3Forms delivers what you entered to our inbox by email. See Web3Forms' Privacy Policy.
  • Skool: our community, where we answer questions and provide client support, is hosted on Skool. If you join, Skool processes your account and anything you post there under its own terms. Posts in the community are visible to other members. See Skool's legal terms and privacy policy.
  • ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer: for nonprofit applications, we look up the EIN you provide in ProPublica's Nonprofit Explorer, a public database built from IRS records, to confirm your tax-exempt status. Only the EIN is sent in that lookup. See ProPublica's privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 60 days in case you choose to reactivate. After that period, your data is deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.
