Is the $300 founding rate really locked in?
Yes, for your first year, and only for the first 100 businesses. After that first year your plan moves to the regular $600/month. Once the 100 spots are gone, new subscribers start at $600/month. There is no way to lock in this price later.
Are there any hidden fees?
No setup fees, no hidden costs. The $300 covers your website, hosting, weekly publishing, service and location pages, Story Capture, review handling, and edit checks. If you add a custom domain through us, that's a separate pass-through cost at wholesale rates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No penalty, no hard feelings. Your service stays active through the end of the current billing period. If you cancel as a founding member and later resubscribe, you pay the rate at that time.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
It stays live until the end of your current billing period, then goes offline. Your data is retained for 60 days in case you come back, then deleted. If you use a custom domain, pointing it elsewhere is yours to do after cancellation.
I have more than one location. How does that work?
Each location gets its own Ignixn plan: its own website, its own weekly publishing, and its own Ignixn Reviews. Local search ranks each location on its own, so each one needs its own presence to show up in its town.
When will the AI chatbot be available?
It's actively being built. It will be included in every Ignixn plan at no extra cost, founding or regular, and we'll tell every subscriber when it's ready.
