This Privacy Policy explains how Ignixn LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform or visit our website. We keep this plain and direct because we are not in the business of hiding how we handle your data.
Information We Collect
When you sign up for or use Ignixn, we collect:
- Business information you provide during onboarding: business name, address, phone number, service areas, and service descriptions
- Contact information: your name and email address
- Content you create or upload within the platform: copy, images, and service page content
- Account activity: pages visited, features used, and changes made within the platform
- Technical data: browser type, device type, and IP address, collected automatically when you visit our site
Payment Information
Ignixn does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Stripe uses tokenization and end-to-end encryption so your raw card data never touches our servers. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Build, host, and manage your website on the Ignixn platform
- Deliver the services you have subscribed to
- Communicate with you about your account, billing, and platform updates
- Improve and develop the Ignixn platform
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business content to train AI models for other customers or third parties.
Third-Party Services
Ignixn uses the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each may process limited data as part of delivering our service:
- Cloudflare: infrastructure, hosting, CDN, and security. Cloudflare processes request data including IP addresses as part of routing and DDoS protection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: payment processing. See the Payment Information section above. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: fonts used on our website are loaded from Google's servers, which may log request metadata. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics via Cloudflare Zaraz to understand how visitors use our site. Data is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out via your browser's privacy settings or a standard ad blocker.
Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 60 days in case you choose to reactivate. After that period, your data is deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.
Cookies
Ignixn uses essential cookies required to operate the platform for session management and security. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics if you do not opt out. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You may request at any time:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements
- A portable copy of your data

Data Security
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Ignixn is a business platform not directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. If we make material changes, active subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
